SHIPPING
TERMS
All
of Powercallsirens packages are shipped via the UNITED
PARCEL SERVICE or USPS PRIORITY MAIL ONLY. . We do not
use regular mail as it is not a guaranteed form of
shipment. Powercallsirens HIGHLY recommends using UPS for
all shipments as they are insured and come with a tracking
number. Priority mail does not come with real time
tracking or insurance. Please choose your method wisely. We no longer
ship products using first class mail unless it is from an
existing EBAY auction.
RETURNING ITEMS/TERMS
There
is also a 15% restocking fee for all returns and is
redeemed upon credit of your account, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All
items are returnable within 30 days of purchase. After the
30 day mark the items CANNOT BE RETURNED. THIS IS A
CONCRETE RULE AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. The unit
or item(s) must be in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
As well, any items that are customized for you are
NON-RETURNABLE with no exception. Customized items CANNOT
be returned or exchanged since they are specially made.
Any item that is opened and/or installed is NON-RETURNABLE
as well NO EXCEPTIONS.
Ebay
items that are returned are subject to a re-stocking fee
as well since Ebay and/or Paypal charged Sale fees. We
recover all Ebay and Paypal fee's for any Ebay items that
are returned.
Customers
returning electronics, sirens or other fragile parts must
package them in the original packaging and they must be
packaged correctly. If you send an item back in an
envelope or other package that is not protected, we cannot
guarantee your shipment will make it back to use in one
piece. Please make sure when sending products back that
they are packaged correctly.
